There&#8217;s a vast difference between growing your business from $10,000 to $100,000 and then going from $100,000 to $1 million. <\/li><li>The importance of investing in your team is vital. Find the right people, give them the opportunity to grow, support them financially and morally along the way, and make them feel that they are part of the company.<\/li><li>The goals of your team and your company must match so that you can work together. Ensure that everyone is moving in the same direction for at least a few years. <\/li><li>Treat your workers as you wish to be treated.<\/li><li>It&#8217;s OK to say NO to clients.<\/li><li>Don&#8217;t spend money on something that doesn&#8217;t give you anything. Don&#8217;t trust emotions &#8211; always trust data. Data never lies.<\/li><li>&#8220;Red flag&#8221; refusing to work with potential clients &#8211; not understanding the value of the marketing or not valuing the marketing results.<\/li><li>Every employee is unique. Certain co-works will just need verbal praise to remain motivated and productive. Meanwhile, others may benefit more from team-building activities, such as fun office activities and planning celebrations for meeting company milestones.<\/li><li>Create a culture where people are excited to begin working on Monday. The results will pay in dividends, as content employees are productive employees. Remember: Do what you&#8217;ll love, and you&#8217;ll never work another day in your life.<\/li><li>Troubles will inevitably arise for every business, but no issue is insurmountable.
