2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful results, clients agree to:

• Respond to communications in a timely manner
  
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  
• Adhere to agreed payment terms
  

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect timelines, performance, and project outcomes.

3. Payments and Billing

All services are billed as agreed upon in your service agreement or invoice.

• Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated
  
• Late payments may incur fees or service suspension
  
• Retainers and project deposits are non-refundable once work begins
  

4. Intellectual Property

• All original materials created by RegexSEO are the property of the agency until full payment is received
  
• Upon final payment, the client owns rights to all deliverables unless otherwise specified
  
• Pre-existing intellectual property (logos, content, brand assets) remains the property of its original owner
  

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, marketing, and technical information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

RegexSEO is not liable for:

• Losses due to platform changes (e.g., Google, Meta, etc.)
  
• Third-party service interruptions or policy changes
  
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  

We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue increases, or outcomes, though we aim to deliver measurable performance improvements based on best practices.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Recurring services require at least 90 days written notice for cancellation.

8. Messaging Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to receive messages from RegexSEO, you agree to the following:

Message Frequency:
